Yay Christmas

I had my own personal Christmas with some close friends and family here in Etown Sunday night. It was fantastic. There was good laughs and fantastic food. (Woot to myself as the turkey turned out for the second year in a row) However desert was... borderline. It seems it's becoming a tradition. Thanks to all who came and special thanks to my sister for the blender.. I'm just waiting until 15% tuesday so I can purchase items to blend.

Some notes (for myself);
- oceanspray cranberry sause isnt tart enough ... try something else
- western brand stuffing is good. but not great.. get mom's homemade recipe some time
- make more cooked veggies if you're having 6+ people
- buy turkey more then one day in advance (to thaw)
